Sami Miettinen

Sami is an international corporate finance professional, who has a depth and breadth of expertise in M&A, fundraising, complex negotiations, and bond / equity offerings. He has written a best selling book on Negotiation and teaches at TNS’s formal training program.

Mr. Miettinen is currently a partner at Translink Corporate Finance. Previously, he was the founder of an investment bank Sisu Partners and worked at SEB and the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.

Sami holds an MBA from Tulane University and MsC in Finance from the Aalto University’s School of Business.
