We are currently searching for businesses that meet the following criteria:

  • Enterprise value between € 2M - €30M

  • EBIDTA between € 0.5 - €5 M

  • Recurring or repeat revenue model

  • Positive cash flows

  • Low CAPEX requirement

  • Growing or Stable industry

  • Barriers to entry exist

  • Fragmented industry

  • Ability to leverage operations improvement, revenue growth, or technological enablement
