Karen Spencer

Karen is a founding team member of searchfunder.com, the world’s first technology platform for search fund entrepreneurs and investors. She has been instrumental in advising TNS in its strategy and encouraging diversity and inclusion in our cohort recruitment.

Prior to her ETA career, Ms. Spencer was the global counsel for Transactions & Intellectual Property for Nike. She holds a Juris Doctor of Law from the Harvard Law School, MBA from Stanford Business School, and BsC from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
