Jussi Niemelä

Jussi is a business leader with a strong track record in both multinational and SME firms. Prior to joining TNS’s 2020 cohort, he was a management consultant with Deloitte, where he advised clients on corporate strategy, operating model design, and performed commercial due diligence on multiple M&A deals.

In addition to this, he was the COO of a leading Fintech platform, sales director at a leading Nordic telecom firm, and a development manager at a national optician retail chain, where he helped grow services revenues from €50 to €80 million. Jussi holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Henley Business School.

In August 2022, Jussi assumed the role of CEO of Meluton. Meluton is a leader in the design and manufacturing of sound insulation products and solutions. Meluton provides high quality cost-effective sound insulation solutions for its industrial clients with durable raw materials based on polymers, foams, films, fabrics, wadding, and rubber.
